AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Joseph A. Booth, allots
Channel 265C2 to Southern Shores, NC, as the community's first local
aural transmission service. See 57 FR 55502, November 25, 1992. Channel
265C2 can be allotted to Southern Shores without the imposition of a
site restriction, at coordinates North Latitude 36-06-30 and West
Longitude 75-43-20. Final action on applications for a construction
permit may be withheld until Station WKJA at Belhaven, NC, is licensed
at the coordinates specified in its outstanding construction permit
(BPH-861103IG). With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
DATES: Effective November 21, 1994. The window period for filing
applications will open on November 21, 1994, and close on December 7,
1994.
