Type: New Collection.
Title: National Fire Academy Long-Term Course Evaluation Forms.
Abstract: The National Fire Academy's long-term evaluation forms--
one for students and one for the student's supervisor--will obtain
course specific feedback regarding impact of course content on job
performance. This information is needed to improve instruction and
content. Demographic data are needed to identify differentials in
course impact.
Type of Respondents: Individuals and households.
Estimate of Total Annual Reporting and Recordkeeping Burden: 1,634
hours.
Number of Respondents: 7,672.
Estimated Average Burden Time per Response: Student evaluation form
15 minutes; Supervisor evaluation form 10 minutes.
Frequency of Response: Other--three months after completion of a
specific course.
