Correction

    In proposed rule document 98-26827 appearing on page 53635 in the 
issue of Tuesday, October 6, 1998, make the following correction:
    On page 53635, in the third column, in the last paragraph, in the 
last line, ``October 31, 1998'' should read ``October 22, 1998''.
