    On August 30, 2021, and August 31, 2021, the National Science Foundation published a notice in the Federal Register of permit applications received. The permits were issued on October 4, 2021, to:

    2. Jonathan Schwartz Permit No. 2022-008

    3. Dr. Steven Emslie Permit No. 2022-009
