Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation; Proposed Changes in
FERC Gas Tariff
October 7, 1994.
Take notice that on October 4, 1994, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line
Corporation (TGPL) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff,
Third Revised Volume No. 1, First Revised Sixteenth Revised Sixth
Revised Sheet No. 28 and Substitute Seventeenth Revised Sixth Revised
Sheet No. 28 to which tariff sheets are proposed to be effective on
August 1, 1994 and November 1, 1994, respectively.
TGPL states that the purpose of the instant filing is to track a
rate change attributable to storage service purchased from Texas
Eastern Transmission Corporation (TETCO) under its Rate Schedule X-28
the costs of which are included in the rates and charges payable under
TGPL's Rate Schedule S-2. The tracking filing is being made pursuant to
Section 26 of the General Terms and Conditions of Volume No. 1 of
TGPL's FERC Gas Tariff.
TGPL states that included in Appendix A attached to the filing is
an explanation of the rate change and details regarding the computation
of the revised S-2 rates.
TGPL states that copies of the filing are being mailed to each of
its S-2 customers and interested State Commissions.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protect said filing should
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E. Washington, D.C.
20426, in accordance with Secs. 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's
Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests should be filed on
or before October 17, 1994. Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person
wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for
public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
