State of Florida; Amendment #1

    The above-numbered declaration is hereby amended to include Marion 
County, Florida as a contiguous county as a result of damages caused by 
Hurricane Floyd that occurred September 13-15, 1999.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for physical damage is November 26, 1999 and for 
economic injury the deadline is June 27, 2000.
