Correction

    In rule document 03-24607 appearing on page 55817 in the issue of 
Monday, September 29, 2003, make the following correction:


Sec.  71.1  [Corrected]

    On page 55817, in the second column, in Sec.  71.1, in the fifth 
line from the bottom, ``84[deg]31[min]109[sec]'' should read, 
``84[deg]31[min]09[sec]''.
