Revision of Department of Transportation Regulations; Correction

AGENCY: Office of the Secretary, DOT.

ACTION: Correction to final regulations.

SUMMARY: This document contains a correction to the final regulations 
published September 25, 1996, (61 FR 50248). The final regulations 
amended the Transportation Acquisition Regulation (TAR) to reflect 
restructuring and modified coverage made necessary by the Federal 
Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994.

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 25, 1996.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

Correction of Publication

    Amendatory instruction 10, on page 50249, in the middle column, is 
corrected to remove the references to subparts 1213.1 (Sec. 1213.107-
90) and 1213.5 (Sec. 1213.5). As corrected, amendatory instruction 10 
reads as follows:

PART 1212--ACQUISITION OF COMMERCIAL ITEMS [RESERVED]

    10. The heading of part 1212 is revised to read as set forth above.
