AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 277A to Temecula, California, as
that community's second local FM service, in response to a petition for
rule making filed on behalf of BEXT, Inc. See 60 FR 32130, June 20,
1995. Temecula is located within 320 kilometers (199 miles) of the
United States-Mexico border and therefore, concurrence of the Mexican
government in this proposal was obtained. Coordinates used for Channel
277A at Temecula are 33-29-37 North Latitude and 117-08-51 West
Longitude. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
DATES: Effective November 18, 1996. The window period for filing
applications will open on November 18, 1996, and close on December
19,1996.
