Questar Pipeline Company; Questar Gas Management Company; Notice 
of Technical Conference

October 10, 1995.
    Take notice that on October 31, 1995, at 10 a.m., the Commission 
Staff will convene a technical conference to discuss the issues raised 
in the above-captioned dockets. The proceedings involve Questar 
Pipeline Company's proposed spin-down of all jurisdictional and non-
jurisdictional gathering facilities to Questar Gas Management

Company, a wholly owned, non-jurisdictional affiliate of Questar 
Pipeline Company.
    The conference will be held at the offices of the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 810 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426. All 
interested parties are invited to attend. Attendance at the conference 
will not confer party status.
