Take notice that on September 30, 2003, Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P. (Iroquois) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, Twelfth Revised Sheet No. 4A, with an effective date of November 1, 2003.

Iroquois states that pursuant to Part 154 of the Commission's regulations and Section 12.5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its tariff, it is filing Twelfth Revised Sheet No. 4A and supporting work paper as part of its annual Transportation Cost Rate Adjustment filing to reflect changes in Account No. 858 costs for the twelve month period commencing November 1, 2003.

Iroquois states that copies of its filing were served on all jurisdictional customers and interested state commissions.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with § 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed in accordance with § 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
