e. Name and Location of Project: Wallace Dam Project is located on the Lake Oconee in Greene County, Georgia. The proposed project does not occupy federal lands.

The Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure require all intervenors filing a document with the Commission to serve a copy of that document on each person in the official service list for the project. Description of Application: The licensee is seeking Commission approval to issue a permit to Heron Cove Properties, LLC for the construction of five docks, totaling 42 slips, a 985-foot seawall, and a boat ramp on approximately 0.13 acre of project land. The proposal is for the use of residents at a condominium development. All proposed work is consistent with the current permitting limitations.
