Description of Request: Pelican Utility District (PUD) proposes to replace the dam's north wing wall, construct a new steel and concrete intake, and install a new high density polyethylene upper and lower penstock bedded, at-grade on land fill. Additionally PUD proposes to install a new low level outlet pipe in the north wing wall and upgrade equipment in the powerhouse.
