Incident: Severe storms and flooding.

Incident Period: 09/21/2008 and continuing through 10/03/2008.

Effective Date: 10/03/2008.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/01/2008.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/01/2009.
