summary: The Notice of Realty Action for Sale of Lands in Bernalillo
County, New Mexico, published on pages 42280-42282 of the Federal
Register, Volume 59, No. 158, on August 17, 1994, is hereby modified to
delete Competitive Parcel No. 7, NMNM 88815, because of a potential
conflict with the adjoining land owner. All other terms and conditions
of the previous Notice remain unchanged. Questions regarding this sale
