FEDERAL MINE SAFETY AND HEALTH REVIEW COMMISSION

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The Commission will consider and act upon the 
following:

    1. Buck Creek Coal Co., Docket No. LAKE 93-241. (Issues include 
whether the judge correctly found that Buck Creek violated 30 C.F.R. 
Sec. 75.360(a), that the violation was not significant and 
substantial, and that the violation was caused by Buck Creek's 
unwarrantable failure to comply with the standard.)

    Any person attending this meeting who requires special 
accessibility features and/or auxiliary aids, such as sign language 
interpreters, must inform the Commission in advance of those needs.
