Correction

    In notice document 94-22175 beginning on page 46390 in the issue of 
Thursday, September 8, 1994 make the following corrections:
    On page 46391, in the second column, in the second paragraph, in 
the seventh and eighth lines, ``[60 days from date of publication].'' 
should read ``November 7, 1994.'' and in the last line, [75 days from 
date of publication]).'' should read ``[November 22, 1994]).''
