Texaco Natural Gas Inc.; Order Granting Blanket Authorization To 
Export Natural Gas to Mexico

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting Texaco Natural Gas Inc. 
blanket authorization to export up to a total of 120 Bcf of natural gas 
to Mexico over a period of two years beginning on the date of first 
delivery after September 30, 1995.
    This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of 
Fuels Programs Docket Room, Room 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., 
Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
