Correction

    In rule document 95-24546 beginning on page 51854 in the issue of 
Tuesday, October 3, 1995 make the following corrections:
    1. On page 51861, middle column, fourteenth line, ''suggest'' 
should read ''suggests''.
    2. On page 51865, third column, last paragraph, sixth line, 
''1995'' should read ''1996''.
