Notice of Prospective Patent License

AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: Notice of prospective patent license.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that Tennessee Valley Performance 
Products, Inc., of Dayton, TN 37321, has applied for a partially 
exclusive license to practice the inventions described and claimed in 
NASA Case No. LAR-15205-1-CU, entitled ``Tough, Soluble Aromatic, 
Thermoplastic Copolyimides''; and NASA Case No. LAR-15205-2, entitled 
``Process for Preparing Tough, Soluble, Thermoplastic Copolyimides''; 
which are all assigned to the United States of America as represented 
by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space 
Administration. Written objections to the prospective grant of a 
license should be sent to Langley Research Center.
