Pacific Gas Transmission Co.; Compliance Filing

October 12, 1994.
    Take notice that on October 6, 1994, Pacific Gas Transmission 
Company (PGT) tendered for filing First Revision Second Revised Sheet 
No. 4 (proposed to be effective January 1, 1994), and Second Revision 
Third Revised Sheet No. 5 (proposed to be effective July 1, 1994), to 
its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Sheet No. 5 (proposed to be 
effective January 1, 1994) to its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised 
Volume No. 1.
    PGT states that the tariff sheets which it is submitted are in 
compliance with the Commission's February 3, 1993, Opinion No. 381, 62 
FERC Sec. 61,109 (1993).
    PGT further states it has served a copy of this filing upon all 
interested state regulatory agencies, PGT's jurisdictional customers 
and all parties on the official service list compiled by the Secretary 
in this proceeding.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sec. 385.211 
of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such protests 
should be filed on or before October 19, 1994. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
