    Northwest Pipeline Corp.; Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff
    
    October 12, 1994.
        Take notice that on October 6, 1994, Northwest Pipeline Corporation 
    (Northwest) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff the 
    following tariff sheets with a proposed effective date of November 6, 
    1994:
    
    Third Revised Volume No. 1
    
    Third Revised Sheet No. 232
    Original Sheet Nos. 232-A through 232-D
    
        Northwest states that the purpose of this filing is to provide for 
    operational flow orders (OFOs) on Northwest's system, to enumerate the 
    circumstances under which OFOs will be invoked, to impose penalties on 
    parties who fail to abide by such OFOs, to limit a party's liability 
    for actions taken in accordance with an OFO and to limit Northwest's 
    liability for issuing OFOs, provided Northwest acts reasonably and in 
    good faith.
        Northwest states that a copy of this filing has been served upon 
    Northwest's jurisdictional customers and upon affected state regulatory 
    commissions.
        Any person desiring to be heard or protest said filing should file 
    a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory 
    Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, DC 20426, in 
    accordance with Secs. 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules of 
    Practice and Procedure. All such motions or protests should be filed on 
    or before October 19, 1994. Protests will be considered by the 
    Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
    not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person 
    wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of 
    this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
    public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
