AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of availability; correction.

SUMMARY: This announcement corrects the comment date for a notice of 
availability of Amendment 5 to the Fishery Management Plan for the 
Stone Crab Fishery of the Gulf of Mexico, which was published on 
September 30, 1994.
