U.S. Territory of the Virgin Islands (Amendment #1)

    The above numbered Declaration is hereby amended, effective 
September 22, 1995 to show the incident period for this disaster as 
September 15 through September 17, 1995.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the termination date 
for filing applications for physical damage is November 14, 1995, and 
for loans for economic injury the deadline is June 17, 1995 at the 
previously designated location.
