Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance on January 21, 1999, applicable

in New Orleans, Louisiana and operating off the shore of Louisiana in
the Gulf of Mexico. The notice was published in the Federal Register on
February 25, 1999 (64 FR 9354).
At the request of the State agency, the Department reviewed the

determination to correctly identify the new title name to read ``Shell
Deepwater Development Systems, Inc., also known as Shell International
Exploration and Production, Inc.'' headquartered in New Orleans,
Louisiana and operating off the shore of Louisiana in the Gulf of
Mexico.
The intent of the Department's certification is to include all
workers of Shell Deepwater Development Systems, Inc. who were adversely
affected by increased imports.
The amended notice applicable to TA-W-35,284S and TA-W-35,284T is
hereby issued as follows:
All workers of Shell Deepwater Development Systems, Inc., also
known as Shell International Exploration and Production, Inc.,

off the shore of Louisiana in the Gulf of Mexico (TA-W-35,284T) who
became totally or partially separated from employment on or after
November 16, 1997 through January 21, 2001 are eligible to apply for
adjustment assistance under Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974.
