This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of North Carolina (FEMA-4285-DR), dated 10/10/2016.

Incident: Hurricane Matthew

Incident Period: 10/04/2016 and continuing.

Effective Date: 10/10/2016.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/09/2016.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/10/2017.
