STATUS: The meeting will be open to the public.

SUMMARY: The Board of Directors of the Corporation for National and 
Community Service will meet on October 25, 1994 to discuss the 
delegation of authority, formation and assignments of subcommittees, 
status of the strategic plan, status of the evaluation plan Fiscal Year 
1995 priorities for AmeriCorp*USA future board meetings' schedule, and 
other business. The meeting will be open to the public up to the 
seating capacity of the room.
