        The following described public land has been examined and
    determined to be suitable for classification for lease or conveyance
    out of Federal ownership to the Pacific City Water District under the
    authority of the Recreation and Public Purposes Act, as amended (44

    terms, conditions, and/or reservations:
        1. A reservation to the United States for rights-of-way for ditches
    or canals under the Act of August 20, 1890 (26 Stat. 391; 43 U.S.C.
    945);
        2. A reservation to the United States of all mineral deposits,
    together with the right to prospect for, mine, and remove such deposits
    under applicable law and such regulations as the Secretary of the
    Interior may prescribe;
        3. A right-of-way reservation for road access to the adjoining
    public land.
        4. The reversionary requirements of 43 CFR 2741.9.

    of the land, whether the use is consistent with local planning and
    zoning, or if the use is consistent with state and Federal programs.
        Application Comments: Interested parties may submit comments
    regarding the specific use proposed in the application and plan of

    in reaching the decision, or any other factor not directly related to
    the suitability of the land for a maintenance facility.
        Any adverse comments will be reviewed by the Salem District
