AGENCY: Minerals Management Service, Interior.

ACTION: Notice of availability.

SUMMARY: The Minerals Management Service (MMS) recently published the 
Guide to Royalty Information (Guide) to assist the public in obtaining 
mineral royalty information from the Royalty Management Program (RMP) 
and other sources. This notice informs you about where the Guide can be 
obtained.

DATES: The Guide was published on August 17, 1998, and is currently 
available.

(FOIA).
     How RMP will process your FOIA request.
    The Guide can be viewed and printed from the Internet at http://
www.rmp.mms.gov/custserv/pubserv/PublcnServ.htm. A paper copy can be 
obtained by contacting Mr. Gregory Kann at the address listed above.
