    SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 269A, in lieu of previously 
    proposed Channel 294A, to Twin Falls, Idaho, as that community's fourth 
    local FM service, in response to a petition for rule making filed on 
    behalf of JTL Communications Corporation (RM-9078). See 62 FR 27710, 
    May 21, 1997. Additionally, in response to a counterproposal filed on 
    behalf of Hailey Local Service Co. (RM-9155), Channel 294C is allotted 
    to Hailey, Idaho, as that community's first local aural transmission 
    service. Coordinates used for Channel 269A at Twin Falls, Idaho, are 
    42-33-42 and 114-28-12. Coordinates used for Channel 294C at Hailey, 
    Idaho, are 43-22-03 and 114-12-30. With this action, the proceeding is 
    terminated.
    
    DATES: Effective November 23, 1998. A filing window for Channel 269A at 
    Twin Falls, Idaho, and for Channel 294C at Hailey, Idaho, will not be 
    opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for 
    those channels will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent 
    Order.
