K N Interstate Gas Transmission Company; Notice of Proposed 
Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

September 26, 1995.
    Take notice that on September 21, 1995, K N Interstate Gas 
Transmission Company (KNI) tendered for filing to become part of its 
FERC Gas Tariff, the following revised tariff sheets:

Second Revised Volume No. 1-A

Eleventh Revised Sheet No. 4-D

First Revised Volume No. 1-C

Third Revised Sheet No. 4

    KNI states that the tariff sheets reflects the Commission's revised 
Annual Charge Adjustment unit charge.
    KNI requests that the tariff sheets be made effective October 1, 
1995.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 
20426 in accordance with Sections 385.211 and 385.214 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests should 
be filed on or before October 3, 1995. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any 
person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. 
Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available 
for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
