Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the U.S. 
Virgin Islands (FEMA-1067-DR), dated September 16, 1995, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: September 24, 1995.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that as authorized by 
the President in a letter dated September 20, 1995, FEMA is extending 
100 percent Federal funding for direct Federal assistance emergency 
work for the U.S. Virgin Islands approved by FEMA through September 29, 
1995.
