Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; Amendment to Notice of a Major 
Disaster Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, (FEMA-1068-DR), dated September 16, 1995, 
and related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: September 24, 1995.

FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: Pauline C. Campbell, Response and 
Recovery Directorate, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Washington,

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the 
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico dated September 16, 1995, is hereby amended 
to include the following areas among those areas determined to have 
been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by 
the President in his declaration of September 16, 1995:

Municipalities of Aquas Buenas, Barranquitas, Canovanas, Fajardo, 
Juncos, Loiza, Naguabo, Ceiba, and Comerio for Individual Assistance 
and Hazard Mitigation Assistance.
Carolina Municipality for Individual Assistance, Public Assistance 
and Hazard Mitigation Assistance.
Municipalities of Ciales and San Lorenzo for Public Assistance and 
Hazard Mitigation Assistance.
