Primary Counties (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Nevada, Orange

Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):

California: Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego

Nevada: Washoe

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
