ANR Pipeline Co.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

October 17, 1994.
    Take notice that on October 13, 1994, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) 
tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 
2, the following tariff sheets, proposed to be effective November 1, 
1994:

Substitute Twenty-Sixth Revised Sheet No. 16
Substitute Twenty-Sixth Revised Sheet No. 17
Substitute Twenty-Sixth Revised Sheet No. 18
Substitute Twenty-Sixth Revised Sheet No. 19
Substitute Twenty-Eighth Revised Sheet No. 20
Substitute Twenty-Seventh Revised Sheet No. 21
Substitute Twenty-Fifth Revised Sheet No. 22

    ANR states that the above-referenced tariff sheets are being filed 
solely for the purpose of updating the sheets originally submitted in 
this proceeding on September 30, 1994, in order to include intervening 
rate changes made as a result of a compliance filing made by ANR at 
Docket No. RP94-43-000, et al.
    ANR states that all of its Original Volume No. 2 customers and 
interested State Commissions have been mailed a copy of this filing.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 
20426 in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice 
and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such protests should be filed on or 
before
October 24, 1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in 
determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to 
make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this application 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection.
