Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; Enhanced Motor Vehicle Inspection and 
Maintenance Program

AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

ACTION: Proposed Rule; extension of the comment period.

SUMMARY: EPA is extending the comment period for a document published 
on September 16, 1998 (63 FR 49517). In this document, EPA proposed 
approval of Pennsylvnia's August 21, 1998 State Implementation Plan 
(SIP) revision for the enhanced motor vehicle inspection and 
maintenance program. At the request of a commenter, EPA is extending 
the comment period through November 16, 1998.

DATES: Comments must be received on or before November 16, 1998.
