Correction

    In notice document 98-27586 appearing on page 55405 in the issue of 
Thursday, October 15, 1998, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 55405, in the second column, in the DATES: section, in 
the second line, ``1998'' should read ``1999''.
    2. On page 55405, in the second column, in the tenth line from the 
bottom, ``1998'' should read ``1999''.
