    Campground, Johnson County, WY
    
    AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.
    
    ACTION: Implementation of a seasonal road closure to motorized vehicles 
    for the Outlaw Cave Road and Campground in Johnson County, Wyoming.

    SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the 
    Federal Regulations (43 CFR 8364.1) the Outlaw Cave Road (BLM Road No. 
    6217), as listed below, is hereby closed to motorized vehicles from 
    November 16th through April 15th.

    EFFECTIVE DATES: November 16, 1996 through April 15, 1997.

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This action was part of the proposed action 
    analyzed in EA No. WY-061-5-052 (Outlaw Cave Road and Campground 
    Environmental Assessment) and the decision record was signed on March 
    28, 1996. The seasonal road closure was established to help prevent 
    damage to the road and adjacent areas; and to help prevent the public 
    from becoming stuck and stranded during the winter months.
        The seasonal road closure does not restrict any Federal, State or 
    local law enforcement officers, BLM or Wyoming Game and Fish Department 
    employees in performance of their duties, or any person authorized by 
    the BLM through permit, lease or contract.
        Any person who violates or fails to comply with this seasonal 
    closure may be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 and/or 
    imprisonment not to exceed 12 months.
