    Agency Recordkeeping/Reporting Requirements Under Emergency 
    Review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)
    
        Title: Interim Application and Planning Document.
        OMB No.: New.
        Description: This legislatively-mandated plan serves as the 
    agreement between the grantee and the Federal government as to how 
    child care funds from the former Title IV-A, Aid to Families with 
    Dependent Children (AFDC) program will be operated under the new 
    integrated Child Care and Development Fund. The plans provide 
    assurances that the funds will be administered in conformance with 
    legislative requirements, pertinent Federal regulations, and other 
    applicable instructions or guidelines issued by ACF.

    approval for this information collection under procedures for emergency 
    processing. A clearance under regular procedures is also being sought 
    for this same information collection. A notice will be published in the 
    Federal Register for the regular request inviting public comment to ACF 
    for the normal 60-day period.
