summary: The ICD-9-CM Coordination and Maintenance Committee (C&M) will 
be holding its final meeting of the year on Thursday, November 30, 
1995. The C&M meeting is a public forum for the presentation of 
proposed modifications to the International Classification of Diseases, 
ninth-revision, clinical modification.

dates: The meeting will be held on November 30, 1995 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

address: The Hubert H. Humphrey building, rm. 703A, 200 Independence 
Ave. Washington, D.C.

Notice: In the interest of security, the Humphrey building has 
instituted stringent procedures for entrance into the building by non-
government employees. Persons without a government I.D. will need to 
show a photo I.D., sign-in, and be escorted up to the meeting room. 
Please arrive prior to the 9 a.m. start time of the meeting to assure 
an escort will be available. Entrance to the meeting after 9 a.m. 
cannot be assured.
