ANR Pipeline Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas
Tariff
October 17, 1995.
Take notice that on October 13, 1995, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR),
tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised
Volume No. 1 and Original Volume No. 2, the following tariff sheets:

Ninth Revised Sheet No. 17
Original Sheet No. 210
Original Sheet No. 211
Original Volume No. 2
Third Revised Sheet No. 14
ANR states that the referenced tariff sheets are being submitted
pursuant to ANR's approved Order No. 528 cost recovery settlement to
implement partial recovery of approximately $2.4 million of additional
buyout/buydown costs, in part by a fixed monthly charge applicable to
ANR's customers, and in part by a volumetric buyout/buydown surcharge
of $0.0006 per dth applicable to all throughput. This filing is being
made pursuant to Article II of the Stipulation and Agreement filed by
ANR on February 12, 1991 in Docket Nos. RP91-33-000 and RP91-35-0000,
as approved by the Commission on March 1, 1991.
ANR has requested that the Commission accept the tendered tariff
sheets to become effective November 12,

1995. ANR states that it intends to commence billing of the proposed
fixed monthly charges and volumetric surcharge in January, 1996 for
December, 1995 business.
ANR states that all of its Volume Nos. 1 and 2 customers and
interested State Commissions have been apprised of this filing.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426
in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). All such motions or
protests should be filed on or before October 24, 1995. Protests will
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the
proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to
intervene. Copies of this application are on file with the Commission
and are available for public inspection.
