Distrigas of Massachusetts Corporation; Notice of Compliance 
Filing

October 17, 1995.
    Take notice that on October 12, 1995, Distrigas of Massachusetts 
Corporation (DOMAC) made a compliance filing submitting revised tariff 
sheets to its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1. DOMAC states 
that its compliance filing only redesignates the headers on the 
relevant tariff sheets and does not change the substantive provisions 
contained therein.
    DOMAC states that copies of the filing were served upon all of 
DOMAC's customers and affected state regulatory commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). Protests 
should be filed on or before October 24, 1995. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection in the public reference room.
