California; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    Marin County and the contiguous Counties of Contra Costa, San 
Francisco, and Sonoma in the State of California constitute a disaster 
area as a result of damages caused by a Wildfire near the Town of 
Inverness which occurred from October 3 through October 9, 1995. 
Applications for loans for physical damages as a result of this 
disaster may be filed until the close of business on December 18, 1995 
and for economic injury until the close of business on July 17, 1996 at 
the address listed below: U.S. Small Business Administration, Disaster 
Area 4 Office, P.O. Box 13795, Sacramento, CA 95853-4795, or other 
locally announced locations.
    The interest rates are:
