Labelling Requirements; Correction
AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Correcting amendments.

SUMMARY: This document contains corrections to the final regulations
which were published Thursday, August 15, 1966 (61 FR 42386). The
regulations related to labelling requirements contained in
Sec. 68.300(c).

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background
The final regulations that are the subject of these corrections set
forth the labelling requirements that must be followed to register
equipment under Part 68.
Need for Correction
As published, the final regulations contain an error which may
prove to be misleading and is in need of clarification.

PART 68--CONNECTION OF TERMINAL EQUIPMENT TO THE TELEPHONE NETWORK
Accordingly, 47 CFR Part 68 is corrected by making the following
correcting amendment:
1. The authority citation for Part 68 continues to read as follows:
Authority: 47 U.S.C. 151, 154, 155, 201-205, 208, 215, 218, 220,
226, 227, 303, 313, 314, 403, 404, 410, 412, 522.
Sec. 68.300 [Corrected]
2. Section 68.300 is amended by removing the second paragraph
``(c)'' designator and adding in its place the paragraph designator
``(d)''.
