Notice of Merger of Approved Trustee

    Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Public Law 100-710 and 46 CFR 
Part 221, that effective June 27, 1996, Meridian Bank, with offices at 
35 North Sixth Street, Reading, Pennsylvania, 19601, has merged with 
and into CoreStates, N.A. As a result, the former Meridian Bank, is now 
CoreStates Bank N.A.
