Notice of Merger of Approved Trustee

    Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Public Law 100-710 and 46 CFR 
Part 221, that effective June 1, 1996, First Interstate Bank of Oregon, 
N.A., with offices at 1300 S. W. Fifth Avenue, Portland, Oregon, 97208, 
has merged with and into Wells Fargo Bank, National Association. As a 
result, First Interstate Bank of Oregon, N.A., is now named Wells Fargo 
Bank, National Association.
