Questar Pipeline Company; Notice of Tariff Filing

October 17, 1997.
    Take notice that on October 14, 1997, Questar Pipeline Company, 
(Questar) tendered for filing, as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First 
Revised Volume No. 1, Substitute Eighth Revised Sheet No. 5A and 
Substitute Sixth Revised Sheet No. 6A, to be effective October 1, 1997.
    Questar states that these tariff sheets are filed in compliance 
with the September 29, 1997, Order of the Director Accepting, Rejecting 
and Allowing Withdrawal of Tariff Sheets, in Docket No. TM98-1-55.
    Questar states further that copies of this filing were served upon 
its customers, the Public Service Commission of Utah and the Wyoming 
Public Service Commission.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such protests should 
be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's 
Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in 
determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to 
make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are 
on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection.
