Privacy Act of 1974: Deletion of System of Records Notice

AGENCY: Research and Special Programs Administration, U.S. Department 
of Transportation.

ACTION: Notice to delete Privacy Act system of records.

SUMMARY: The Department of Transportation is deleting the following 
system from its inventory of Privacy Act systems of records notices.

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 24, 1996.
