Shutdown and Low-Power Operations for Nuclear Power Reactors; 
Correction

AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule: Correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a proposed rule appearing in the 
Federal Register on October 19, 1994 (59 FR 52707), that would provide 
additional protection to public health and safety from the risk of a 
core-melt accident. This action is necessary to correct an omission.
