K N Interstate Gas Transmission Co.; Notice of Refund Report 
Filing

October 19, 1995.
    Take notice that on October 17, 1995, K N Interstate Gas 
Transmission Co. (KNI) filed a refund report pursuant to the 
Commission's February 22, 1995, Order issued in Docket No. RP95-124-
001. KNI states that the refund report shows the refund received by KNI 
from Gas Research Institute over-collections in the amount of $153,649 
and the pro rata allocation of that refund amount to KNI's eligible 
firm customers.
    KNI states that copies of the filing were served upon all affected 
firm customers of KNI and applicable state agencies.
    Any person desiring to be heard or protest said filing should file 
a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in 
accordance with Sections 385.211 or 385.214 of the Commission's Rules 
and Regulations. All such motions or protests should be filed on or 
before October 26, 1995. Protests will be considered by the Commission 
in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve 
to make any protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing 
to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this 
filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection in the Public Reference Room.
